Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your wooden decoration item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, completely unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Strict Non-Refundable Conditions
Because our products are premium wooden decorations, we maintain a strict policy on what can and cannot be returned:

Used Products: Any item that shows signs of use, wear, or has been displayed is strictly non-refundable.

Damaged by Customer: Products that are damaged after delivery due to improper handling, dropping, or poor storage are strictly non-refundable.

Different Products: We only accept the exact item that was originally shipped to you. If a different product, a swapped item, or a product from another brand is sent back to us, it is strictly non-refundable.

Items Sold on Offer/Sale: Any products purchased during a sale, promotion, or using a discount offer are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Customized Products: Special orders, personalized engravings, or custom-sized wooden decorations made specifically at your request are strictly non-refundable.
Damages and Issues (Upon Delivery)
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately on the same day so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. We will let you know if the refund is approved or rejected based on the condition of the wood and the item.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
