Shipment Processing Time

Because our products are crafted from wood and require specialized protective packaging, all orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is going to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to addresses across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, etc.): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons, regional holidays, or unforeseen transport issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package directly through our courier partner's tracking portal.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address, city, and pin code carefully during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures or packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, please email us at shop.urbankarigar@gmail.com immediately before the order is dispatched.

5. Damages During Transit

We use heavy-duty protective packaging to prevent damage to the wood. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please take clear photos or a short video of the damaged box and product on the day of delivery and email us immediately at shop.urbankarigar@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and file a claim with the courier.
